Hairy Crab Dinner
Last Sunday evening 1st Oct, we were invited by Shaon's mother to have dinner with her at the Japanese Restaurant in Shangri-la hotel. It was the first day they were serving a very unique seasonal crab, called "Hokaido Hairy Crab".The crab was rather big and it was served as a starter. It was just nice for the 5 of us. Saffie loved it so much that she ended up eating at least 3/4 of Debbie's share of the crab.

Look at Saffie showing off her hairy crab claw!

We had Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki beef for our main course and it was fantastic!
Overall it was great catching up with Shaon and his mother over dinner. They have been really busy ever since they reached Singapore 2 weeks ago. This was one of the good days where we had the opportunity to have dinner and chat till late. In fact till the restaurant was close! We were the last to leave.
Well, I'm still thinking about the hairy crabs.......yummy! What about you Saffie? I'm sure you are thinking about it is as well! More photos.
